We would like to introduce you and your guests to an elevated barbeque experience! Smoke Modern Barbeque focuses on the methods and products from the past of a truly American cuisine coupled with contemporary creativity and service.


Smoke Modern Barbeque is a casual, full-service neighborhood eatery & bar, serving lunch and dinner, and offering take-out and event catering, emphasizing “home cooking, hospitality, barbeque traditions and unique beverage programs”.


Smoke Modern Barbeque, where the comfort and enjoyment of our guests is paramount. Whether serving on premise or an event off-site, we strive to make each guest feel special with excellent service, custom-crafted menus and superior quality food.  
Our menus focus on made-from-scratch Barbeque and American comfort foods.  We emphasize using the freshest seasonal ingredients, locally raised produce or livestock and organic fruits & vegetables whenever possible. 

       
Our management team, including Jamie & Suzy Theriot, who, combined, bring over thirty years of experience in a broad variety of food & beverage outlets, are eager to be a part of your next Modern Barbeque event.  Our varied menu options created by Jamie Theriot and Chef Bryan Conrad are spectacular for any event, from 25 to 250 people.  Our General Manager, Damon Clifford, is available to tailor service to your exquisite mountain home or a rustic ranch.
