Service is great and the food is consistently wonderful. We had Smoke Cater our rehearsal dinner in September and we still have relatives threatening to come back just for more BBQ! Don't forget to ask for extra Cheesy Grits. If you're staying in Aspen it is worth the short drive to visit Smoke Modern BBQ, make sure to ask for a bottle of Smoke XXX sauce to go! Enjoy!"
